The Divoom pixel 64 is a small but powerful device that promises to add color and vibrancy to any room. However, in my experience, this product has a lot of issues that make it difficult to use and not worth the price. First and foremost, the device suffers from frequent screen freezes. This can happen randomly and without warning, making it frustrating to use. There were times when I would be enjoying a particular display pattern, only for the screen to freeze and require a hard reset. This kind of issue is unacceptable, especially considering the price point of the product. I bought three of these things and it also seems like it more than one is on the net work. There’s also gonna be a lot of issues. Furthermore, the accompanying application is also quite glitchy and difficult to use. The app is not very intuitive, and I often found myself struggling to navigate through the different features. Even simple tasks like changing the brightness or color of the device can be a hassle. This is especially disappointing since the application is supposed to be the main interface for controlling the device. Adding to these issues is the fact that the Divoom pixel 64 is quite expensive. With a price tag that's higher than many other similar devices on the market, it's fair to expect a high level of quality and reliability. Unfortunately, that's not the case with this product. Additionally, the device is extremely picky about power adapters. If you don't use the right adapter, you may run into issues with the device not turning on or not functioning properly. This is an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided with better design and engineering. Overall, I can't recommend the Divoom pixel 64. While the device has the potential to be a fun and colorful addition to any space, the frequent screen freezes, glitchy application, and picky power requirements make it a frustrating and unreliable product. The high price point only makes these issues even more disappointing. If you're looking for a device that can add color and personality to your home, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options on the market that offer similar features but with better reliability and ease of use. Ultimately, the Divoom pixel 64 is not worth the investment, especially given its frequent issues and limitations.

I purchased one of these through their insta. It won't turn on no matter what charger I use. Their support was non-responsive. Don't buy.

I wanted this to replace our boring letter board for today’s date, as well as to countdown days to a certain day and other cool tools, etc. The app is next to impossible to navigate if you are unfamiliar with using it. I’ve been at it for a few days and still struggling a lot. I can’t really edit anything to how I would like it being a newbie and not knowing how to animate things or properly use the app. I am basically stuck with whatever is already uploaded by other artists and there are not as many functions or tools (such as weather, countdowns, etc) as I had thought there was. I can’t even add TWO text boxes to a picture I am trying to edit. It only allows one, even on a completely separate layer. I do like it still, but I’m hoping we get more use out if it as we learn how to get around using the app.
