A3: Slide open the bottom panel, place new tissue box inside then close the panel.
Q4: Can I place it in bathroom?
A4: We suggest dry low‑humidity areas, avoid long‑term damp bathroom environment.
Q5: Is leather part durable for daily use?
A5: The leather detail is decorative, please handle gently to extend service life.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
