A1: 10–15 working days for handmade production after receiving your pet photo, plus 8–15 working days for international shipping.
Q2: Can I customize a memorial brooch for deceased pets?
A2: Yes, we provide sincere memorial custom service for departed pets with clear photos.
Q3: Can one brooch combine multiple pet figures?
A3: Multi-pet combined design and large-size customization are available, please contact customer service for quotation.
Q4: Which fabric is not suitable for pinning this brooch?
A4: Avoid silk fabric and thin knitted fabric to prevent fabric damage.
Q5: Can I modify the details after preview confirmation?
A5: We support maximum 3 rounds of small detail adjustments before formal production to meet your expectation.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation of the order while the item is in transit is not allowed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@lazylifeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
