Q3: Can I modify the draft after confirmation?
A: No modification is allowed once the line drawing draft is confirmed.
Q4: How to confirm the order quantity for group photos?
A: The price is calculated according to the number of people. Please purchase the corresponding quantity based on the number of characters in your picture.
Q5: Can I purchase the displayed works directly?
A: All pictures on the page are finished work displays only, not for sale.
Q6: Can I return the item after shipment?
A: This is a personalized custom handmade product, we do not support returns after shipment.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation of the order while the item is in transit is not allowed.
- Logistics service providers include Yanwen, SF Express.
- If you want to use UPS, Fedex, DHL or other faster logistics services, please contact customer service.
- During the epidemic, delivery time may be delayed.
- If the goods are detained by customs because the buyer asked the seller to make a low declaration of the goods, the seller will not compensate the goods.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@lazylifeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
