Daily Care Instructions
- Avoid direct sunlight. Keep the item away from air vents, radiators and other heat/cold sources. Do not place hot objects directly on its surface.
- Maintain indoor humidity at 40%-60%. In humid spring weather, timber may absorb moisture, swell, deform or even grow mold. Dehumidification indoors is recommended.
- Wipe off water stains and oil spills promptly. Use a slightly damp cotton cloth for routine cleaning. For items finished with wood wax oil, regular wax oil maintenance is required to reinforce surface protection.

A1: Natural solid wood will slowly produce natural color oxidation under light, which is a unique natural feature of solid wood and not a quality defect.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
