A1: After placing your order, send your desired Chinese or English name / text via order notes or store message. Our team will confirm the design before engraving begins.
Q2: Can I engrave both Chinese and English names?
A2: Yes, we support Chinese names, English names and other Latin-based scripts. Please specify your requirements when submitting text.
Q3: How long does customization take?
A3: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after the custom text is confirmed.
Q4: What is included in the gift box?
A4: Depending on your selection, the package includes the engraved stone stamp, a presentation box (Vintage, Phoenix, or Phoenix Tail style), and optionally a traditional red ink pad housed in a 5.8×5.8×3.8cm porcelain box for immediate use.
Q5: Can I place bulk corporate custom orders?
A5: Yes, bulk orders and custom size requests are supported, please reach out to customer service for quotation.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation of the order while the item is in transit is not allowed.
- Logistics service providers include Yanwen, SF Express.
- If you want to use UPS, Fedex, DHL or other faster logistics services, please contact customer service.
- During the epidemic, delivery time may be delayed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
