A3: Yes! We will send you a digital preview of your completed paper-cut design for your approval before we frame and ship the final product. You may request up to two rounds of minor adjustments.
Q4: Is the frame included?
A4: Yes, every order includes a solid wood frame with a protective transparent cover, fully assembled and ready to display upon arrival.
Q5: What makes handmade paper-cut different from machine-cut paper art?
A5: Every cut in our paper-cut artwork is made by hand using traditional techniques passed down through generations. This human touch creates organic variations and artistic warmth that machine cutting cannot replicate, making each piece truly unique.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation of the order while the item is in transit is not allowed.

- If you want to use UPS, Fedex, DHL or other faster logistics services, please contact customer service.

- If the goods are detained by customs because the buyer asked the seller to make a low declaration of the goods, the seller will not compensate the goods.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
