Q1: What kind of photo should I send?
A1: Clear, well-lit photos with visible faces work best. Selfies, couple photos, family photos and pet portraits can all be used.
Q2: Will I see a preview before you carve it?
A2: Yes, we send a draft layout for your approval before production starts.
Q3: How many people can be included in one carving?
A3: One main subject is recommended for the best detail. Multiple people or pets may be possible depending on the chosen frame size; please contact customer service for complex designs.
Q4: How long does production take?
A4: Because each frame is made to order, please allow approximately 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
Q5: Can I choose a different frame style or size?
A5: Yes, five frame styles are available in the variant options. For other sizes or special requests, please contact customer service.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation of the order while the item is in transit is not allowed.
- Logistics service providers include Yanwen, SF Express.
- If you want to use UPS, Fedex, DHL or other faster logistics services, please contact customer service.
- During the epidemic, delivery time may be delayed.
- If the goods are detained by customs because the buyer asked the seller to make a low declaration of the goods, the seller will not compensate the goods.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
